Also, is there a membership fee I can pay each year to continue getting all the features membership give me?

Your license is good for one full year and it gives you access to updates and support. It does not affect the functionality of your plugin. You can continue using it after the year normally. If you would like to renew after your year is up we offer a 25% Customer Loyalty Discount.
