Just going live with an Exchange based Membership site and using coupons for the early adopters.

How can you include the use of the coupon in the Customer Receipts email?  Currently the Customer Receipt shows the "Product", "Quantity" and "Total Price" in the [it_exchange_email show=order_table options=purchase_message] . However this table does not reference the use of any coupon. So the email Total does not match the sum of the product lines "Total Price".

This is very confusing to both the customer and the site administrator since the total does not match and their is no reference to the Coupon used.  We are using the various coupons as a A / B measure of what entices more purchases.

I have reviewed the post recent post about modifying the Customer Receipt Template email but this does not address my question. Your help in modifying the email template would benefit everyone using the Coupon functionality.

Hi Blair,

There isn't a way to edit the purchase table in the emails at this time.  I can definitely see why you'd want any coupons used listed there as well, however.  I'll get it added as a feature request which you can vote for on the Exchange Roadmap.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise
