Hello,

I am running a network of websites on Wordpress and I am considering to purchase iTheme PRO. However, I have one question.
Does it have or not an WhiteList for IP?

If not, is it possible to fix this, and when?

What can I do in the mean time so I am not locked out when working on my website and make lots of requests, or not to block crawlers?

Thanks,
George

Hey George,

iThemes Security does have a Whitelist feature. If it's not functioning correctly please update to the most current version of 4.2.4 and see if that helps.

If it doesn't help:

You can submit a bug report here: http://ithemes.com/security/bugs/

If you have purchased the iThemes Security Pro plugin, please post your support request here: https://ithemeshelp.zendesk.com/home

If you are using the free version, please post on the WordPress.org support forums: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/better-wp-security

Thanks,

Gerroald
