I manage a website on the side and have no previous experience with wordpress or coding. I tend to find most answers on the internet to problems I encounter. Today I was made aware that the site I manage wdnstarbucks.com is coming to a fatal error. I thought I would be able to  log in and try and find the problem but I cannot access my log in page either.
This is the fatal error code any help would be appreciated

The theme has encountered a problem that it cannot recover from. Please use the following information to try to resolve the problem.

Hi,

It looks like your server host updated their version of PHP. Old versions of Builder and Builder Stylemanager and Builder SEO plugin are incompatible with the newer versions of PHP. This is why you are now getting errors.

If you update Builder and the Builder plugins, then your sites will come back up. This can be done by downloading the latest version of Builder from your member area and using FTP to update the theme. I would recommend using the following steps:

* Download a backup copy of the current Builder directory found at wp-content/themes. That way you can preserve any customizations that you may have made.
* Rename the current Builder directory found at wp-content/themes. For instance, you can rename it to Builder.bak. This way you have a backup on the site itself. You can never have enough backups.
* Upload the contents of the downloaded zip file to wp-content/themes.
* Do the same for the Builder Stylemanager and Builder SEO plugin but upload to wp-content/plugins

Once you have the theme and plugins updated, the error will go away.

The issue can also be resolved my manually updating the theme and plugins, more information here: http://ithemes.com/codex/page/Builder_Known_Issues#Error_message_.2Fmodules.2Fclass.module.php:153:Call-time_pass-by-reference_has_been_removed

hope that helps,

Ronald
