Hi, right now the store page lists all products.  I would like the loop to list categories of products.

I'm relatively comfortable creating and editing the template files.  Working on a local site at the moment, so no public URL.

Just not sure how to specify the categories and order I want the products to display in.

This is what I would like to see on the page.

Product 3

Product 3

-Category #4

Hi Arlen,

There isn't an option to sort products by category at this time.  If you go into Exchange > Settings under the General Settings tab, you'll see a Store Settings option which allows you to control the order that the products appear in.  If you use the Simple Page Ordering plugin, you can even drag and drop them into the order you'd like them to appear.  You can read more about the different sort options in the codex:  http://ithemes.com/codex/page/Exchange_General_Settings:_Store_Settings

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise
