Hello,

Our company is looking at different plugins that support WordPress backups to remote locations, and BackupBuddy is on the list. However, all of our WordPress sites are behind a corporate firewall, and to access the internet, they must go through a http proxy. Therefore, I've added lines like the following to wp-config.php:

define('WP_PROXY_HOST', 'xxx.yyy.com');
define('WP_PROXY_PORT', '80');

Does BackupBuddy detect if these lines are in wp-config.php, or let you configure proxy options manually?

Hi Jason,

Core functionality does but some things like many of the remote destinations will not work behind a proxy like that as their libraries expect direct connections.

Thanks,
