After the latest upgrade of ithemes Security and after changing the timeframe when you are allowed to login and work with your WordPress, to between 06:00 AM and 09:00 PM, it's no longer possible to login at all.

I have tried both before 06:00 AM, between and after 09:00 PM but I get this answere:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@one.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


How do I solve this?
