My wife has a Lucky 7 theme installed in a GoDaddy Economy Wordpress site that was installed by another developer.  It runs fine.  I have open another Godaddy Wordpress site that I was hoping to do my own webpage that would use Lucky 7 theme so I can get a better understanding of her site.  However the Dashboard is quite different and it allow me to install a new theme.  Can I install the Lucky 7 theme as opposed to theme offered by GoDaddy?

Hi,

installing themes is a WordPress functionality, or can be done manually by uploading the files to your server using FTP. It is unrelated to the theme. More here; http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Adding_New_Themes or your hosting provider may have documentation on how to do so for their specific configuration.
