Wp Featured Image Instead Of Green "download" Icon

I'd like to know if anyone has figured out some code that I could use to allow for the member content page to show perhaps a featured page image defined by WP on that product page instead of the generic green "download" icon. There has to be a way to do this but I just can't figure it out. I know that there is a way to change the color of the icon but I don't want to do that - I want to be able to define a different image for each product available in the membership.

And I need to do it quickly as the client is not happy and I really don't feel like having to do this all over again!
