Purchased Back Up Buddy But Cannot Access Forum

I purchased Back Up Buddy - see below - but when I try and access the members area for back up buddy it won't let me in,

Hi,

membership details related to the username digital2recruit only show an expired BackupBuddy subscription (expired Nov. 15, 2013). When you visit your membership page, does BackupBuddy show up as a current subscription? Or perhaps you have used another name or e-mail address to purchase, please contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail directly, they will be able to help out,

I had a closer look, the username related to the invoice number is "andyrmi", so you should sign in using that username. We can merge the two accounts, please contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail for further help,
