Hi

I installed the plugin without any problems but when I changed the 'wp-content' folder name to something else, my website broke - which I was warned may have happened. Because I was locked out of the website then, I went to my Parallel Plesk panel to uninstall wordpress to then reinstall it but I found that after trying to uninstall wordpress, there were a bunch of files that still remained. I tried to delete them manually using FTP but they won't. Now I can't even install wordpress onto the domain.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hi,

this is the support forum for the "easy theme and plugin Upgrades plugin". I am not sure if your support request is related to that plugin.

If it is related to iThemes Security plugin, If you have purchased the iThemes Security Pro plugin, please sign in and post your support request here: https://ithemeshelp.zendesk.com/home

If you are using the free version, please post on the WordPress.org support forums: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/better-wp-security
