Hi,

I am trying to develop a Wordpress site locally using XAMPP,and when it is complete, I'd like to use BackUpBuddy to migrate the site to a hosting company server. It loos like it will do this job nicely.  My question is,can BackUpBuddy be used on an ongoing basis to pull down, modify and then push back up changes to a hosted  Wordpress site? Thanks

Jamie

Hi Jamie,

BackupBuddy doesn't merge sites. BackupBuddy backs up a site and when it restores or migrates it is the site contained in the backup (minus exclusions that have been set up).

Thanks,
