Hi there,

I've installed all the plugins for exchange, however I can't activate the membership area - the mouse turns into a no entry sign when I try to click on it.

It is also showing this message : The Membership bbPress add-on requires bbPress plugin. Please install it. - however I have installed the plugin.

Advice would be much appreciated.

website is www.freehotandhappy.com

Kind regards,

Hi Becky,

I don't see that you have bbPress installed.  bbPress is not an iThemes plugin, so even if you've installed all the Exchange add-ons, you still need to install bbPress.

You can do this by going into Plugins > Add New and search for bbPress.

Give that a try and let us know if you have any additional questions.
