Hi CO,

There isn't a way to change your URL once a product has been published.

You can use the Custom URL Tracking add-on to create custom URLs for the product, but the link from the store will still take the customer to the default URL.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

It looks like what is most important is to change the name before saving the 1st time after copying a product!

Thanks

Hi CO,

There is another option, actually, which I had forgotten about!  Thankfully, I have awesome developers who have my back and who caught this one!  :)

If you go into the Advanced settings for the product, there is a Product Slug option.  You can remove "copy" from the slug there.

I apologize about forgetting about this setting previously.  Let us know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,

Elise
