Hello! I am trying to finish building http://www.lengdefangzi.com through wordpress.

On the site, I have elected to hide all sidebars on all of the pages except for the Store page. The widgets that I have there seem to work just fine...

However, the News page is still displaying the store sidebar. I have tried every code in my page.php file and I even deleted the get sidebar function. The store sidebar is still showing up on the News page! How do I hide it on the News page and keep the Store page's sidebar?

I need to resolve this very soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi admintechsupport,

The Exchange pages will use your theme's default layout.  You can see that the product page also has the same sidebar and widgets.

If your News page is using the same layout, it will have the same sidebar and widgets.  I'm not familiar with the theme you are using, so I'm not sure if it allows you to apply different layouts to different pages.  If it does, you can create a different layout for the News page.  If you can't do that, I'd recommend contacting your theme developer and seeing if they have a solution for you.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise
