Account Disabled Upon Purchase With No Customer Service Avaliable

After two days of purchase, my account still remains as,
  • "Your account has been disabled. Contact site webmaster for details"
Despite, writing in to the sales team. No response has been given. This is pretty disappointing especially since I purchased the developer package.
