I'm trying to migrate my site to managed wordpress hosting. When I try it reports an error. I'm guessing this is because wordpress is already installed?

I don't see a download to download the backupbuddy plugin and migrate it through a backup? Is there another way to migrate to managed hosting?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Raptormike,

Could you log into your ithemes account and post any questions or issues you are having with BackupBuddy plugin in the BackupBuddy forum since it sounds like you already have BackupBuddy? http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/

Thanks,
-Akers

I don't have a login as backupbuddy was installed as part of my theme when I purchased it.

Hi Raptormike,

BackupBuddy is not packaged with themes. If you purchased your theme from a 3rd party than they wrongly redistributed BackupBuddy with it and since it was not purchased does not provide support.  If purchased from us then that account would have their BackupBuddy access.

Thanks,
-Akers
