I'd like to know what would make a banner not show on Flexx theme and what the likely solutions are.

sorry, i don't have an account yet. i just met someone online who had the issues and i was hoping to help out.
i went to your site, saw the demos and loved them and i'm hoping to buy soon.

if you have any pre-sales questions, we're more than willing to reply, but all our technical theme support, and specific theme related questions, modification and customisation requests are handled through our members only support forum. You will be able to see the themes, with most, if not all, of their functionality in action on our demo sites.
You will automatically have an account and access to our theme support forums once you've made your purchase.
