We have a woo-commerce website with a Barclays EPDQ plugin for taking payment. The user agent on the ithemes security causes a problem with using the payment gateway, would your paid version of ithemes security allow us control over this? We appreciate any feedback

Hi,

There's no difference in the code base between the free and Pro version except the added Pro features. With that said could you try disabling the Suspicious Query Strings and/or Filter Long URLs features and see if that helps.

For further support:

If you have purchased the iThemes Security Pro plugin, please post your support request here: https://ithemeshelp.zendesk.com/home

If you are using the free version, please post on the WordPress.org support forums: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/better-wp-security

Thanks for understanding,

Gerroald
