Ithemes Sync Not Syncing After Updating

Today I updated a few plugins on 4 sites through the wordpress-admin (not via iThemes Sync).
One of those updates was the iThemes Sync plugin.
In the iThemes Sync dashboard the updates are not synced. It's the same as before: "updates available", while all updates are done.
