Does builder support localization (.po / .mo files)?

Hi,
yes, Builder comes shipped with a /lang/ language folder which includes a .po file,to get you started,

I tried to translate using the Builder.pot file but it doesn't work.
Do you have any guide or tell me what is wrong.
I created two files Builder-he_IL.mo and Builder-he_IL.po with the translation and put it in the /lang foler and all theme texts are still in English.
The worpdress and wp ecommerce translations work well but the Builder theme and the BuilderChild-Depot themes are not translated..
