I want to create local directory focused on photographers only. Something that can include these items

Hi,
I think Flexx offers you the flexibility in layouts to facilitate this, Builder will do as well. Note that the directory functionality is not a feature of any iThemes theme, you will need to find a plugin or script to incorporate that into your WordPress site.
Other than that, all themes will be able to accommodate such a feature, and it will only be a matter of taste.
