Can the email buddy send an email in XML format?

No emailbuddy does not have that feature. We use emailbuddy as a quick and easy solution.

My contact buddy is working fine but it is omitting the subject and email address entered by the user.

2 : Which version of WordPress do you have?

3 :Which other plugins do you have active?
