With the developer membership - After I use your products for my clients. Do they have to have a licence of some kind and do I have to continue the memberships fro them to keep the Themes or Plugins. If so it is pointless for me to join an have that restriction placed on me. What if I die or something (worse)! - that would leave them with a problem.

Membership deals with "ongoing support" and "upgrades". If your membership lapses, the products you purchased will still work, but will no longer be eligible for support or upgrades.
