Just Uploaded Plugin

I just uploaded the plugin and ran it to check if there was any problems.
There was 3 and was wondering if I need to do something to sort them.
1. Allow Call Time Reference Fail
2. Magic Quotes (GPC) Fail
3. Maximum Execution Time (secs) Fail
I am having problems with my header and feedburner. I am using the Flexx Professinal theme, so wondered if these fails were causing any problems.
