I don't see this as an option and I don't see it using the 3rd party Contact 7 plugin either. Are there any contact form plugins (outside of gravity forms) that does this?

Here you can try this one here http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-contact-form. this one allows multiple recipients, CC and Bcc's. There might be more out there im sure.
