What does this mean?

Simply trying to upgrade to 3.0.2 and getting this on my domain? - I'm using a Genesis theme tho.

Fatal Error

The theme has encountered a problem that it cannot recover from. Please use the following information to try to resolve the problem.

Error Code:    
php_code_error:1:/home/sites/[web address]/public_html/wp-includes/class-http.php:1408:Out of memory (allocated 30932992) (tried to allocate 2975573 bytes)    

Message:    

A fatal code error occurred.

If you are unable to fix this problem, please copy all the text on this screen and send it tosupport@ithemes.com.

Did this - didn't work. I don't need 64m anyway.

Then I saw some pluginbuddy updates - upgraded them then the 3.0.2 update started but then went nowhere.

So I uninstalled all the plugins - despite your updates and the wordpress update worked and have reinstalled the plugins.

So looks like a plugin issue stopping the upgrade.
