Hi there,

I expect this will prove what a dummy I am,
but without sitting through and watching all the extensive videos ( which I promise I will do after purchse!:-) )

In the widgets layout page view, I cant see any footer area widget layouts.

also in all the demo builder foundation themes, there doesnt appear to be any footer widget areas.

Now I'm guessing you have a footer block and I can add as many widgets as I want to that block?

Can you please confirm for me tho that my assumption is true---

I would like to have the ability to add widgetized footer on homepages for textboxes extra company info, recent form the blog etc..

thanx so much, hope I havent overseen a really simple explanation of this somewhere!

cheers

stuartb

To edit the content of footer module in Builder, footer.php must be copied from Builder into the child theme directory and edited.

The easier alternative if you would like to use widgets is to add a widget bar module instead of the footer module.
