This is ideal for the personal blogger or single website owner. It includes:

Business Plan
This is ideal for the bloggers and website owners with multiple sites. It includes:
- Automatic upgrades: 10 sites
- Support (provided through our online forum): 10 sites
- Membership length for support and updates: 1 year from time of purchase
Developer Plan
This is ideal for the WordPress developers and designers seeking to use the plugins on personal, business and client websites and blogs. It includes:
- Automatic upgrades: Unlimited
- Support (provided through our online forum): Unlimited
- Membership length for support and updates: 1 year from time of purchase

Can I upgrade from a Personal or Business Plan to the Developer Plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plugin membership plan from the Personal or Business to the Developer for the price difference. Please contact us to arrange payment.
What kind of support is offered with a purchased plan?
PluginBuddy, a division of iThemes, has an active support forum with several moderators ready to help answer your questions. This is the first and best place to receive support assistance with the purchase of your theme.
Premium support will include theme issues such as: bug fixes if any under normal operation, how to use basic plugin features, and regular updates with new WordPress versions under your membership year. In addition to the above, we also offer screencast tutorials to help explain the primary features in each plugin. If you seek more help in the line of modifications to your theme, please check out our Add-On Services page.
Support Hours: PluginBuddy actively responds to forum support requests during our normal business hours which are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Standard Time.
