What kind of support is offered with a purchased Theme?
iThemes has an active support forum with several moderators ready to help answer your questions. This is the first and best place to receive support assistance with the purchase of your theme. Premium support will include theme issues such as: bug fixes if any under normal operation, how to use basic theme features, basic MT help, and basic help with customization. If you seek more help in the line of modifications to your theme, please check out our Add-On Services page.
Can I resell your themes?
No, you may not resell any of our themes in any way, shape or form. However, our Multiple-Use packages allow you to remove the footer links and use the theme on multiple sites and for your clients.
Can I remove the credits in the footer?
You may only remove the credits if you have purchased the Multiple-Use Package. [Back to Top]
Are the stock photos featured in the theme demo/preview sites included in the purchase?
No. Due to licensing agreements, we cannot include stock photos/images in our templates. However, for top-quality, royalty-free and affordable photos, check out iStockphoto and Fotolia.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of our themes — which are digitally delivered and non-tangible goods — we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for purchases. Therefore, please read our FAQs carefully before purchasing your theme. And as always, you can email questions to us!

Installing Your Theme
- Unpack this archive. Copy the contents of the [theme’s plugins] folder into your mt/plugins/ directory. Copy the contents of the mt-static folder into your mt/mt-static/ directory.
- Log into Movable Type and select Design > Templates.
- On the template listing screen, select Refresh Blog Templates from the Actions sidebar.
- Select Apply A New Template Set and choose the new theme.
- Rebuild your site.
