We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. We’d hate to see you go, but if you’re not happy, request a refund within our refund window on your initial purchase and we’ll issue your refund.

First, please give us the benefit of the doubt

Before submitting your refund request, we ask that you submit a support request to our Priority Support team. After all, access to our highly skilled and quick-responding team is part of what you paid for.

Perhaps you installed one of our products and it did not work as you expected. Or maybe you purchased it and realized it’s not at all what you needed or expected. Things happen, we understand.

We make every effort through our Documentation and product pages to describe our products in as much detail as possible. If you are having any issues with your purchase whatsoever, we ask that you first submit a support request to clarify any issues or questions you have.

Our Refund Window

Because we sell products with different renewal intervals, they have different refund windows.

  • For yearly/lifetime subscription plans: You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase of a yearly or lifetime subscription.
  • For monthly subscription plans: You are within 7 days of the original purchase of a monthly plan.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) or theme(s) or service(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Regarding Renewal Charges

We do not issue refunds for annual renewals. We send reminder emails ahead of your renewal date. Please use this opportunity to ensure your subscription has the correct information and status for your upcoming renewal so it proceeds as you intend.

We can issue refunds for monthly renewals if you request within the first 7 days of the renewal, and then the refund will only apply to the most recent renewal charge. We send renewal reminder emails ahead of each renewal. Please take that opportunity to update your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
