WordPress Developers: What Type of Training Do You Need?

Here are two popular questions we’ve been asked in particular ….
- How do I customize themes with CSS and graphics?
- How do I edit WordPress theme files and what are they?
To clarify, this type of advanced training is beyond what we typically provide with our themes. As you might guess, it takes a lot of time, energy and expertise to build a web theme in WordPress.
Web design is a complex field and discipline and the team at iThemes have been doing web design with WordPress for years. If you just account for the differences among browsers (Google for “IE6 and hate’ and you’ll get a glimpse of this).
We’ve been discussing some initial ideas for how to provide that type of solution for our developers and those who want to dig deeper into WordPress web design.
