  1. I get into the video for about 38 minutes, but I cannot get to load any more or see/listen any further. It is most frustrating.

At first I thought maybe I had used up all my monthly bandwidth and was being throttled back or something… But that is not the case. I have been able to watch other videos since.

Anyhow I just bought Backup Buddy and it appears to be awesome. Now I have to figure out how to set it up right and use it. Pity about the video.

    • Hi David,
I have just checked the video replay on two different computers using two different internet service providers. The video is loading and playing all the way through without any problem.

I suspect it was a temporary problem with your ISP – maybe a heavy use time, or something not working properly with the streaming. Hopefully not a bigger problem with them.

I used to have the same problem – could watch some videos fine, and others would go only so far (even videos from the same site). I finally convinced my internet service provider (cable internet) to send someone out. They still claimed it was not their problem, until I sweet talked the technician into climbing the pole to look at their equipment. Lo and behold, their own equipment was causing the problem. Until then they had just been trying to get me to buy “faster” internet service. Never would have figured it out if I hadn’t been persistent.
