A Better Way to Organize Membership Content

Our Membership Add-on for Exchange just got an update that includes a better way to organize your membership content with groups. These new content access groups are available in version 1.0.7 of the Membership Add-on.

Adding a New Content Access Group

When editing a Membership Product, you’ll now see an Add New Group button in the Content Access section. Your content access rules for pages, posts, categories, etc. can then be dragged into these groups.

Use the thumbnail or list icons on the right of the list name to change the way these content items are displayed. The thumbnail icon will display the default page icon, while the list icon will output your content items without any icons.

Displaying Available Membership Content on the Product Page

To display your membership content groups on the product page for potential customers, use the [it-exchange-membership-included-content] shortcode in the product’s Extended Description (located in Advanced Settings).

This will display the listing of available content available with the membership.

Member Account Dashboard

After updating your Membership product with your content access groups, your membership customers will see their membership content organized into groups, like this (if you’re using the thumbnail display):

Get the Membership Add-on for Exchange

To take advantage of the new grouping options for your membership content, you’ll need version 1.0.7 of the Membership Add-on for Exchange.

All current Pro Pack, Plugin Dev Suite and Toolkit Members will now find version 1.0.7 of the Membership Add-on available for download in the Member Panel.
