Slideshow Update – 3.0 Released this Week

Slideshow 3.0 is available now!

The updated version includes several bug fixes as well as some cool new features. This is all so you can easily display your text or images in a beautiful, unique way on your WordPress sites.

New Slider Style

jQuery Vegas is brand new and allows you to make full page background sliders. It comes with a ton of options like thumbnail images, play/pause buttons and grid style overlay. Here’s a quick view of jQuery Vegas background slider and the play/pause feature. In this example, I used Builder and added the short code to the text widget under Appearances in my WordPress dashboard.

UI Update

Creating groups in Slideshow is now easier than ever. A more streamlined process allows you to create and manage your groups in a much more straight forward manner. Here, I created a group with four images in about one minute.
