Why do you love WordPress?

Ahh… so many things! I love its simplicity, how easy it is for anyone to use, how customizable it is. I love that I can create a website for my clients and they can manage it on their own.

What are your favorite freelancer tools?

Freshbooks for invoicing. Evernote, Evernote, Evernote… I use it for journaling, creating course outlines, taking notes on client calls, everything! Zendesk for organizing and assigning incoming inquiries.

What are your favorite industry tools?

I am pretty simple in this regard. I use Photoshop for design work and HTML-Kit Tools or Notepad (gasp!) for coding.
