Hey joannem,

Those live webinars have passed (which is why the links no longer work), but you can watch one of the replays here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtdYDUvMhPo

There have been a number of updates and changes since then, however, so I'd recommend checking out the tutorials here:  http://ithemes.com/tutorial/category/ithemes-exchange/

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi thanks very much for your answer: It's really appreciated. :-)
There is one other thing: The post that's pinned at the top with the link to the free getting started exchange webinars doesnt work when I click on it, can you please give me the link that works for those webinars, thanks :-)

Hi joannem,

We'd always recommend using PayPal Standard Secure whenever possible.  PayPal Standard Secure is just that, more secure than your basic PayPal account.  Both are fine to use, but, especially when you're dealing with money, it's always better to be safe.  You do have to have a Premier or Business account to use PayPal Standard Secure, but is easy to set up.

I'm not sure what you mean by "which is better value for the money."  Both are included as core add-ons in Exchange for no additional charge.  As far as I am aware, you aren't charged any differently by PayPal, but I'm honestly not sure about that.  It'd be best to checkout PayPal to see if there is a different charge for their services.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi if I have a smallish online store with say 6-12 products, which would you use with Exchange paypal standard basic or paypal standard secure? What's the difference and which is better value for money please? Thanks :-)
