Plugins No Longer Included in All Access Subscription?

I just renewed my subscription, but it appears as though plugins are no longer included? Please confirm?
I will need to return my purchase if that's the case; I renewed now primarily for the back-up plugin. I might need the subscription again at some point in the future, but I won't be sure for a couple of months. I'd rather purchase a one-off of that specific plugin than the entire subscription.
