If have a webdesign.com membership that does not mean you have the toolkit. Here is a description of the toolkit http://ithemes.com/toolkit/
If you want to upgrade to the toolkit, you can get a discount based on what you have already paid for. So bascially subtrace what you have already paid for our products from the price of the toolkit.
