Builder Price Increase?

Hello. I heard that there may be an increase in the fee for Builder starting Sept. 1. I'd like to know if this is so or not. If it is, I would like to know if the current price can be honored for a just a few more days thereafter, as I don't presently have the money, but expect to have it soon. Thank You.
