Tailored Login Question

I've been building websites for 10 years, but I am new to WordPress and CMS's in general, so forgive my "newbie"ness!

I recently purchased the Developer Bundle which included the Tailored Login plugin.  I LOVE IT!  It has worked fine on the 4 sites that I have used it for so far.

This morning I updated my personal site to WP 3.3; deactivated all plugins prior to the upgrade as recommended.  Ran the upgrade, reactivated all, and began testing to see if everything was working.  My background image on the Tailored Login page was gone.  I saw there was an update for the plugin, so I updated it from 1.0.9 to 1.0.11, but the background image is still not showing up.  When I set it to "tile" and save settings, it pops right back to "top-left" default position but doesn't show up at all on the log in screen.

is it me?  Or is there something else going on?  The rest of the plugins and the site itself seem to be fine....and since (at this point) I am the only one who sees this particular log in page, it's not a biggie.  i'd like to get it resolved before I update my client sites to 3.3!

Please sign into the forum with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post this in Tailored Login plugin support forum.
