Hi there,

I finally worked out the password issues :-)

Backup buddy all seems to be working...ALMOST...when i do a backup all goes well except when i go to download the ZIP file to my hard-drive. The link takes me to a 404 error page
this is the link:

this is where it takes me:
and does not save to desktop....also the file size keeps getting bigger (every time i try, its now up to 227.04 MB) and when i go back to the backup page it shows that i have NO backups???

Strange but true...

Please log in with your ithemes username/password for the forums and post this in the BackupBuddy support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/

I see you have posted a similar thread a little earlier with Ronald where you were talking with him in email, is that the password issues you mention here? If you've got them worked out now then can log into your member's account and will be able to access and see the BackupBudddy support forum.
