Hi Umar,

Please log in with your ithemes username/password and post the question in the BackupBuddy members forum ( http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/ ) with any information you can give on what happened. A BackupBuddy backup doesn't change anything on a site during backup creation that could cause that but we will see when you post more information after posting in that forum.

Welcome to the forums. Be sure to post your questions in the correct forum and don't forget about the new and improved search function located in the top right of the forum pages. The gear/wheel symbol next to the search box will give you more options for advanced searching. Thank you and have a nice day.
