Thanks for your enquiry about BackupBuddy - you can read about BackupBuddy on the product pages at http://pluginbuddy.com/purchase/backupbuddy/ which includes some server requirements information and also check that your host fully supports WordPress. We cannot anticipate every problem that an unknown hosting environment might cause with moving a site to a new host and running BackupBuddy within that environment but provided that your new host co-operates with you in resolving issues and the available resources are sufficient for your site then you should have no problems.
