Have Purchased Backupbudy But Unnable To Download It

I have purchased backupbuddy for two. I had an up to date discount code and used it. Paypal have paid it, I can log into the main user account but I cant find anything related to my order or any form of acknowledgement that I have signed up for a year.

I am not going to go through the purchasing process again when you have taken my money but I desperately need your plugin and cannot contact anyone in your organisation. Can someone please help me?

I'm having the same problem... all excited about getting going with the developer suite... and I am stuck in a member page that goes nowhere.
