I apologize, I know the WebDesign community can be pretty rambunctious at times. It depends on what type of question you have!
Support is done through our forums here. There is a forum specific to each plugin and the themes. If you have a question about something you've seen on WebDesign.com, there is also a a WebDesign.com forum where you can ask any questions you may have.
If you let us know specifically what type of question you have, we can help you out.
