Free Ithemes Security Not Working - Why Should I Get Is Pro?

i see no phone or chat support so i am forced to post this here.

my free iS locked me out of my site after i changed some settings (no idea why, i am new to all of this...i am sure it was my fault somehow, but with no support...) so my webguy deactivated it and said that Word Fence was good enough (i have had both running together for maybe 6 months with no problems.) i'd prefer to have both running again if possible.

will iS Pro give me the same problem?

also, what kind of support do i get with it, the same as the free version??

Hello Artaq,

The only difference between Pro and the free version are the support options, and the pending new features. Unfortunately upgrading to the Pro version will not solve your issue, but it will give you access to premium support. With the Pro version you get one year of unlimited private ticketed support.
