This is pre-sale question: I am selling music online (CDs and downloads).
Will the product variants plugin allow me to setup a single product and let the buyer select between buying the physical CD or the album download?
My current store plugin lets me do this and it's key to the UX I have in mind.

This isn't an option at this time.  It is, however, a feature request which you can vote for on the Exchange Roadmap.
